You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and password. You must provide accurate information when registering. You must be 18 years or older to create an account.
By submitting a station listing, you confirm that you are authorised to list the station, the information provided is accurate to the best of your knowledge, and you grant Nearest.in a licence to display the information publicly. We reserve the right to approve, reject or remove any listing.
By submitting a review, you confirm it is based on genuine experience. We reserve the right to remove reviews that are fake, abusive, or violate these terms. You retain ownership of content you submit, but grant us a licence to display it.
Charging station availability, pricing and hours may change. Nearest.in does not guarantee the accuracy of station information. Always verify availability before travelling to a station.
Nearest.in is provided "as is" without warranties. We are not liable for any loss or damage arising from reliance on information on the platform, inability to find a charging station, or technical issues.
All content on Nearest.in, including design, code, and branding, is owned by or licensed to Nearest.in. You may not copy or reproduce it without written permission.
We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
